He started his practice under the supervision of his father Late Avadh Naresh Srivastava a renowned lawyer of Kanpur District Court in Uttar Pradesh India and Pramod Kumar Srivastava Lawyer High Court Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh, India. He was in the panel of Bank of Baroda, Standard Chartered Bank, HDFC Bank, New India Assurance Company etc. Anup was the active member of the Kanpur Bar Association and held various offices in the Kanpur Bar. Anup was the Charter President of Leo Club of Bramhaverta Greater and Convener of the province for the Nehru Bal Sangh, a National non-political organization and worked for the national integration.
Upon Immigration to Canada Anup completed his Canadian accreditation by qualifying in the challenge examinations conducted, jointly, by the Law Society of Upper Canada and the National Committee on Accreditation. He has been in private practice since being called to the bar in 2011.
Anup has ample experience of legal work in Ontario as he worked as a legal assistant in Luthra Law office, Mississauga, Patel & Chhina LLP, Toronto and Chhina Sidhu LLP ,Brampton.
